Jan 5, 2026 — deadline for registering oral abstracts if you want your talk considered for livestream on the APS virtual platform.

Feb 10, 2026 — final deadline for submission of all oral or poster abstracts. No changes accepted after this date.

Refund Policy:
A 50% refund is available before the regular registration deadline (Mar 6, 2026). No refund will be issued after this deadline.
